Jane Pater Salmon serves as Scout’s Senior Vice President of People + Culture, overseeing personnel management, company culture, and hiring strategy for the company. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry to the role.
Jane holds a BA in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame, as well as both an MS in Environmental Studies and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
